School Readiness Education is constantly changing with the different pressures on students today – so giving them a head start in building confidence around learning is paramount.

Reading Bee and Number Bee Classes

Our Reading Bee and Number Bee programs are based on the Australian curriculum Early Stage 1 component. Designed to enhance kindergarten learning, classes are suitable for children starting ‘big school’ the following year.

We have a maximum of 4 students per class, to ensure quality, individualised attention. Our focus is engaging students in a fun, interactive, language-rich learning environment. Our research-based reading recovery strategies are incorporated into our lessons to build solid foundations in literacy.

Our classes focus not only on building strong foundations in learning the alphabet and numbers but important life skills such as social interaction, communication skills and getting along with others. Our school readiness helps develop language skills and establish classroom routines that will be familiar to students in kindergarten. Reading Bee and Number Bee classes will make the kindergarten learning transition smoother as they start primary school.
